The Final - Menu for the Orient-Express.

That sounds like such a fragrant and summery menu of the sort that would be a delight at garden parties (I liked your description of 'ladies in white dresses' wondering through a garden).

I use both lemon and lime oil (a brand beginning with B - I don't know if that's the one that you favour). Both of them make such an impact to soups, dressings, puddings and ices when used with discretion (before now my husband made a pudding with a tsp of lemon oil and it burned our mouths it was so intense). However, I am rapidly running out of my present supplies and don't know when they will be available again (they seem to be pretty much out of stock in the UK).

I don't know how I missed the seasonal chocolates you mentioned from Cocomaya - maybe I should be less rigidly focused on their salt caramels and almost any combination of chocolate and hazelnut.

Well done you lovely lovely people. Very very well deserved victory. Thank you for bringing your cheerful nature and lovely relationship into our homes. I have loved your company and my Mum and I talk about you like you are close friends! ha ha. All the best with the new venture. Will try to visit soon! Xx sarah

Thanks so much for showing us a menu. I did find your Swedish menu elsewhere as well and it's nice to see what the wretched programme producers didn't let us see!

I think your Orient Express menu was perfectly decent and restrained. If you have others menus you can show us, I for one would be happy to see them.

Congratulations! My favourites to win from the moment I saw your concept and signature dish.
I really like the way you keep it real with this blog, too.
We tried Russell's roast lamb / squash / pear recipe this weekend and it was simple and delicious, a definite keeper. Thank you!
